Thunder & Lightning are playable characters in the game Teen Titans GO! They are power houses, Thunder is voiced by S. Scott Bullock and Lightning is voiced by Quinton Flynn.

Absoulutely nothing is known about Thunder and Lightning's origins. All is that they are brothers that are never seen seperated,their real names are Gan and Tavis Williams, and they somehow have elemental abilities, thus their names. Destroying the Jump City Bridge to have fun since they did not know they were causing damage due to their pure knowledge of human nature, the Teen Titans tried to stop them. They realized they were just playing, and they quickly became Teen Titans themselves.
