If your status high then civilians will begin to help the new Insurgency by telling them secrets such as “A new weapons crate has just be delivered by the docks for the Regime”. For the first time ever, Heroes can change their outfits to help them in missions (example: Batman can take a Wetsuit if going to fight The Penguin or a Heat Suit if fighting Mr. Freeze). Some characters will have the ability to change into civilian clothes if necessary.
